The Wilkshire House

Augusta's most adaptable private stay.

Most properties ask you to fit the house. This one fits you. Behind a single Summerville address are three complete homes — three kitchens, three living rooms, three private entrances — sharing one deck, one putting green, and one host who answers his own phone.

A bride takes the whole estate for a weekend. A traveling nurse takes one suite for thirteen weeks. A company takes all six bedrooms for tournament week and brings a chef. Nobody compromises, and nobody shares a wall they didn't agree to.

The Magnolia's open living and dining rooms: designer-styled dual seating, chandelier, and marble sunken entry with hardwood floors
Designed to feel like a private estate — because it is.

The differentiator

Rent one suite. Or take the whole house.

The Wilkshire House is one 3,914-square-foot residence divided into three self-contained homes, each with its own private entrance, kitchen, and living space. That single architectural fact is what makes it work for a honeymoon on Tuesday and a fourteen-guest wedding party on Saturday.

  1. One suite

The Magnolia upstairs (2 bed / 2.5 bath, three decks) or either ground-floor suite — The Azalea (2 bed / 1 bath, private patio) or The Dogwood (2 bed / 1 bath, cozy) — each with its own front door, kitchen, and laundry.

  2. Two suites

Family in one, friends in the other. Shared deck and putting green, separate keys, separate kitchens, zero negotiation over the coffee maker.

  3. All three — the whole house

Six bedrooms, four and a half baths, 3,914 square feet, one address. Bridal parties, church retreats, and Masters Week foursomes take the entire estate.

Evenings on the Hill

The lights come on at dusk.

Copper roof glowing, stone chimney warm, deck set for dinner — and a soft line of landscape lights running the length of the lower level, all the way down the stairs to the garden.

Masters Week Hospitality

Six bedrooms five minutes from the gates, a putting green off the deck, a white Lexus RX 350, chauffeured transport, private chef, and full concierge.

Signature amenity

A putting green off the main home's deck.

Step out of The Magnolia's living room onto one of its private decks — and onto a multi-hole synthetic green with its own sand trap. It is the first thing golf guests photograph and the last place wedding guests leave. Ceremonies have been held beside it; so have five-dollar putting contests at dusk.

  • Multiple holes and a sand trap, maintained for true roll
  • Off the main home's decks — steps from the living room, not across a lawn
  • Doubles as ceremony and cocktail-hour space
  • Minutes from Augusta National Golf Club

In their words

Guests of every kind

Sample testimonials — replace with real quotes.

“We put my bridesmaids in one suite, his family in another, and my parents took the third. Everyone was under one roof and nobody was in anyone's way. We said our vows on the putting green at 6:40.”
Sample — Bride, October wedding
“Thirteen weeks at University Hospital and I never once felt like I was living out of a suitcase. Private entrance, real kitchen, quiet street. I extended twice.”
Sample — Travel nurse, ICU contract
“We hosted four clients for tournament week. Chef in the kitchen, the Lexus at the door, and a putting green to settle arguments. Far better than four hotel rooms across town.”
