One
Corporate offsite
Leadership teams of eight to fourteen running a two- or three-day agenda. Sunroom for the working sessions, deck for the breakouts, long table for the working lunch. Direct invoicing, W-9, and COI available.

Group Retreats · 2–7 nights
The Wilkshire is built for groups: three separately-entered suites, sunroom, deck, chef-catered meals, sleeps fourteen. Corporate offsites, board retreats, church retreats, family reunions.
Retreat types
A hotel conference room empties at five and sends everyone to separate floors. A house keeps the group together for the part of the retreat that actually matters — the hour after dinner.

One
Leadership teams of eight to fourteen running a two- or three-day agenda. Sunroom for the working sessions, deck for the breakouts, long table for the working lunch. Direct invoicing, W-9, and COI available.

Two
Whole-house exclusivity means a board can talk candidly without a hallway between the room and the hotel bar. Chef-catered meals served in, so the conversation never breaks for a reservation.

Three
Elder boards, staff planning weekends, and small-group leadership retreats. Fireside evening sessions in the living room, quiet rooms to scatter to, and three kitchens if the group would rather cook together.

Four
Family reunions, milestone birthdays, and anniversaries. Grandparents on the ground floor with their own entrance, the cousins upstairs, and everyone at one table for dinner on the deck.
The meeting spaces
Nothing here is a conference room, and that is the point. Move the group four times a day and the energy holds through the afternoon.

Morning sessions
Glass on three sides and the best natural light in the house. Seats fourteen around the study table, which is where the working sessions happen and where the whiteboard goes.

Meals and workshops
The long table seats twelve under the lantern chandelier, fireplace at one end. Chef-catered working lunches here, then dinner at the same table with the agenda closed.

Breakouts
Pairs and threes take the deck for the afternoon reset — swivel chairs, shade, the grill, and the putting green off the far end for the group that thinks better standing up.

Evening sessions
Stone fireplace, deep seating, and no clock. Fireside debriefs, closing sessions, and the conversation that would never have happened in a hotel lobby.

“The real session starts after dinner.”
What’s included
Retreat rates are all-inclusive of the estate and the kitchen. Your finance team gets one invoice with the documentation it needs, and your group gets a house nobody else is staying in.

Whole-house retreat pricing is quoted privately by Mario and starts off-tournament. Meals, housekeeping, and the on-property vehicle are included; alcohol and off-site activities are billed separately.
A day at the retreat
A working day with four changes of room, three meals you did not have to book, and no commute at either end of it.
Service is out before the first person is up. Early risers take the rail and the quiet.
Hot breakfast at the long table or in the sunroom. Agenda handed out with the second cup.
The sunroom, fourteen around the study table, natural light on three sides and the door closed.
Served in the dining room. Forty-five minutes, not a two-hour restaurant round trip.
Pairs and threes spread across the deck, the patio, and the living room. Housekeeping resets the sunroom behind you.
The putting green and short-game area, a tee time elsewhere in Augusta, or a concierge-arranged tour of the Hill and downtown.
Chef-catered at the long table, or the grill on the deck if the group wants to cook its own.
Living room, stone fireplace, and the closing conversation nobody scheduled.

Investment
Two-night minimum. Chef and staff included. One invoice, with the W-9 and certificate of insurance your procurement team will ask for.

Calendar
51 weeks a year
Retreat rates apply outside Masters week. If your dates fall in tournament week, the Masters package applies instead.
Every retreat is quoted privately by Mario — final pricing depends on group size, meal service, and dates. Georgia sales tax and Richmond County occupancy tax additional. Alcohol, off-site activities, and ground transport beyond the on-property vehicle are billed separately. Direct-booking only.

“One address. Three front doors. Fourteen beds.”
