During tournament week, hotel rooms scatter your guests across town and put a shuttle between them and every conversation you flew them in for. The Wilkshire House puts all of them under one roof, five minutes from the course.
Take the entire estate: six bedrooms, four and a half baths, three private suites, a putting green off the main home's deck, and a breakfast-sunroom built for the end of a long day. We handle the cars, the chef, and the schedule.
Rent all three units for your entire team, or just the Magnolia for executive lodging. Whole-house buyouts sleep roughly fourteen across three private entrances; the Magnolia alone — 2 bed / 2.5 bath with three decks and the master suite — is the right footprint for two or four principals.

The location
The Wilkshire House sits in Summerville, on Augusta’s Hill — the historic neighborhood tucked right against the southern edge of Augusta National. From the front door to the tournament gates is a straight shot down Wheeler Road: about a mile as the crow flies, roughly five minutes by car with tournament-week traffic.
Wilkshire Drive is a quiet residential street — you won’t hear tournament noise from the deck, but you can walk out the door and be at the gates before the field tees off.

The Lexus RX 350 for your daily runs. The Escalade for tournament arrivals and executive transport — plus chauffeured runs to the gates and to dinner all week.
Vehicle one · every rental
The practical one. Complimentary on-property vehicle for guests who arrive by air at Augusta Regional — keys on the hall tray, tank full, available to short-stay and mid-term guests alike. Airport pickup can be arranged in advance.
Vehicle two · event bookings
The one that makes an entrance. A full-size luxury SUV seating up to seven in premium leather, reserved for event bookings: the bridal party, the groom's arrival, the Masters executive pickup, the corporate airport transfer. Available for weddings, Masters Week, corporate hospitality, and special occasions — terms confirmed with your booking.
Vehicle availability is confirmed with your booking. Driver requirements, insurance, and service arrangements are discussed with Mario before arrival. Vehicle photography is illustrative pending a shoot of the property fleet.

Masters Week whole-house bookings include the Wilkshire Concierge in full — a private chef preparing breakfast before the first tee and dinner when you get back, plus daily housekeeping keeping the estate immaculate all week. Nothing to negotiate on top.
Service one
Custom menu planning and farm-to-table Southern cuisine prepared and served in your own kitchen: multi-course dinners, breakfast service across a multi-day stay, and cocktail hors d'oeuvres. Built for rehearsal dinners, Masters hospitality, and corporate entertaining.
Service two
Daily housekeeping and turndown through the stay, plus event-day support — guest greeting, linen management, and restocking — for wedding weekends, Masters Week bookings, and corporate retreats.
Service three
The white Cadillac Escalade for event-day arrivals and executive pickups, the Lexus RX 350 on property for everything else, and chauffeured tournament transport during Masters Week.

Tournament week fills every table in Augusta. A private chef in your own kitchen means your group eats when it wants, talks as long as it wants, and never waits for a valet.
Corporate hospitality, beyond April
Board retreats, client entertaining, sales offsites, and agency conferences take the whole house on the same terms — dining room as boardroom, porch as the place the real conversation happens.

Corporate hospitality, off-tournament
From $6,800 /night
Whole-house buyout for two- to seven-night executive programs, the other fifty-one weeks. Chef-catered working meals, direct invoicing, W-9, and COI available.
Rates are illustrative starting points for planning; final pricing depends on party size, services, and dates. Every stay is quoted privately by Mario. Tournament week rates require seven-night minimum; corporate rates two-night minimum. Georgia sales tax and Richmond County occupancy tax additional. Direct-booking only — the Wilkshire is not listed through any third-party channel for Masters Week.
Owner-managed
No booking platform between you and the owner. Mario personally answers every inquiry, quotes every stay, and is on-call the entire week. Same phone. Same email. Same signature.
