The Wilkshire House Summerville · Augusta, GA
Golden hour at The Wilkshire House during Masters Week — two men playing the private putting green while four guests enjoy bourbon cocktails on the string-lit deck and a private chef grills ribeye steaks in the background

Masters Week & Corporate Hospitality

Five minutes from the gates. A green on the deck.

Bring four clients to Augusta. Put them under one roof, five minutes from the course, with a chef in the kitchen and a putting green off the deck. The alternative to four hotel rooms across town.

The executive package

Host clients somewhere they'll remember.

During tournament week, hotel rooms scatter your guests across town and put a shuttle between them and every conversation you flew them in for. The Wilkshire House puts all of them under one roof, five minutes from the course.

Take the entire estate: six bedrooms, four and a half baths, three private suites, a putting green off the main home's deck, and a breakfast-sunroom built for the end of a long day. We handle the cars, the chef, and the schedule.

Rent all three units for your entire team, or just the Magnolia for executive lodging. Whole-house buyouts sleep roughly fourteen across three private entrances; the Magnolia alone — 2 bed / 2.5 bath with three decks and the master suite — is the right footprint for two or four principals.

The location

One mile to Gate 6.

The Wilkshire House sits in Summerville, on Augusta’s Hill — the historic neighborhood tucked right against the southern edge of Augusta National. From the front door to the tournament gates is a straight shot down Wheeler Road: about a mile as the crow flies, roughly five minutes by car with tournament-week traffic.

Wilkshire Drive is a quiet residential street — you won’t hear tournament noise from the deck, but you can walk out the door and be at the gates before the field tees off.

Fleet & transportation

Two vehicles on property.

Dining in

Dinner at the house beats a 9:15 reservation.

Tournament week fills every table in Augusta. A private chef in your own kitchen means your group eats when it wants, talks as long as it wants, and never waits for a valet.

  • Breakfast service before early gates; dinner on your return
  • Low-country and Southern menus, or your own requests
  • Bar stocked to your list before arrival
  • Concierge handles reservations, transport, and last-minute asks

Corporate hospitality, beyond April

The estate works for business the other fifty-one weeks too.

Board retreats, client entertaining, sales offsites, and agency conferences take the whole house on the same terms — dining room as boardroom, porch as the place the real conversation happens.

  • Whole-house buyouts for 2–7 night executive programs — 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths
  • Chef-catered working meals at the long table
  • Direct invoicing, W-9, and COI available

The audience

Who hosts the Wilkshire for Masters Week.

Family offices, financial-services teams, law-firm partners, and founders bringing four to fourteen guests. Below are illustrative composites of the kind of week these hosts describe.
